Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues
room uncleanliness missing amenity
The location was convenient , as it was close to public transportation.
The room was not clean upon arrival , which I found disappointing. I noticed hair on the carpet and the bathroom counter. It would have been a better experience with improved cleanliness. The staff did not provide toothpaste, which I would have expected.

the location was convenient with the metro and tram nearby the staff offered helpful and friendly service i found everything super clean and cozy the hotel provided a restaurant a coffee shop and a rooftop space
i missed having an ironing board in my room it was located on the second floor i could easily hear noises from the hallway the rooms needed better soundproofing the ev charger in the parking area presented challenges with a tesla

excellent stay near city center
helpful staff clean room relaxed space
i found the staff very helpful upon arrival. they readily provided directions to nearby attractions. the rooms were clean and well maintained i noted. the rooftop bar provided a relaxed space in the evenings i thought.
i noticed the absence of air conditioning was a bit uncomfortable during warmer days. a more effective cooling system would enhance comfort i believe.

the hotel had a modern and cozy lounge where visitors could have coffee. there was also a decent spot to unwind and read various materials. i was able to order a drink from the bar easily and without delays

breakfast was a buffet with fresh food that was frequently replenished. nothing looked to have been sitting out for too long. lunch was tasty and reasonably priced i felt. i enjoyed a coffee during the mornings.

the personnel was helpful and polite. everyone i met was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in the guests. i had some questions regarding local travel and the desk quickly answered.

great location clean room coffee machine
The hotel is close to the Amstel train and metro station. This made getting around easy. Rooms were clean and cozy. I appreciated the in-room coffee machine with free coffee capsules.
There was a slight smell in the bathroom, especially when I closed the door.
